Sabeel Ibrahim Al – Roumi

This fountain is located northeast of the gate al-Nazer, about 10 meters away. The founder of the fountain is unknown, but his restoration and renovation is attributed to Ibrahim al-Roumi in 839 H / 1435-1436 AD.

The building is simply structured and consists of a square room with a flat dome. In the east wall there is a door that leads into the interior of the chamber. In the other three sides, windows were built with water troughs. The well is in use and the water is cooled by an electrical system connected to a series of taps to extract water from the well.
